Boardwalk REIT Changes Q3 2005 Conference Call Time

Boardwalk Real Estate Investment Trust (“Boardwalk REIT”)
previously announced that its Q3 2005 results conference
call will be held at 11:00 am ET on the morning of
Thursday, November 10th, 2005.
The Trust has now changed the conference call time to
12 noon ET on this same day.
Senior management will speak to the financial results and
provide an update. Presentation materials will be made
available on our website (http://www.boardwalkreit.com/)
prior to the call.
